Singapore is becoming an ideal launchpad for circular innovation in Southeast Asia, and this panel explores how international and local organisations are turning ambition into action. The city state’s Go Green SG 2026 aims to make circular habits part of everyday life, supporting the SG Green Plan’s goal of educating consumers on reducing waste and recycling more effectively. Join the session and hear how policy is translated into public participation, what Crocs’ programme shows about consumer engagement, and how circular initiatives can be modelled across Southeast Asia, while highlighting the emotional connection brands can build through sustainability.

Deanna Bratter
Chief Sustainability Officer, Crocs, Inc

Jeryl Yap
Co-Founder & Product Innovation Lead, Semula

Jeryl Yep co-founded Semula on a simple belief: plastic waste isn't a burden — it's a resource. As Product & Innovation Lead, he drives the company's mission to reimagine discarded materials into functional, beautiful products like furniture and panels.

Rooted in the philosophy of going back to the beginning and starting anew, Jeryl continually pushes the boundaries of what recycled plastic can become — experimenting with new design applications and more efficient mechanical recycling methods to divert plastic from landfills and incinerators, and keep it in circulation.
